Return Policy

Peygran Leveling System return policy is valid only 30 days from the purchase date. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after 30 days.

Eligibility for a return:

  • Item must be in original package, and unopened.
  • Items on sale are not eligible to be returned.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt and/or proof of purchase,


Refunds (if applicable):

  • Once your item is received and inspected, an email receipt confirming we have received the product will be sent.
  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will will be processed and can take up to 10 days to post back to your payment method.


Exchanges (if applicable):

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us directly if you need an exchange.


Shipping:

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to the address listed in the return instructions email.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
